Lynchburg Court Dismisses Latest GOP Attempt to Block April 21 Vote

Richmond, Va. — Following today’s decision in Lynchburg Circuit Court, Virginians for Fair Elections spokesman Dan Gottlieb released the following statement:

“Today, the Lynchburg Circuit Court dismissed another GOP attempt to stop the April 21 election. The court’s ruling is another affirmation of what the Virginia Supreme Court has already made clear: this referendum belongs to the voters. 

Republicans have tried again and again to stop Virginians from having their say — and again, that effort has failed.

Our campaign continues full steam ahead — educating voters ahead of the April 21 election.”
